We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your water sports gear to you:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Best for when you need your gear quickly

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Great for non-urgent orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned or exchanged. Our straightforward policy ensures this process is as effortless as paddling downstream.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Certain safety items may not be returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Emergency Equipment
  • Safety & Rescue gear
  • Helmets (unless defective)
  • Opened or used buoyancy aids

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging when possible, and include all accessories

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange most items:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item

For faster service, you may prefer to place a new order and return the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
