The Perception Expression 14 Kayak is equally at home on a scenic lake as it is in coastal swells. The Expression 14 slightly smaller than the 15, designed for smaller to medium size paddlers, snugger ergonomics give that perfect balance of comfort and control.

The Perception Expression 14 boasts fast acceleration teamed with top manoeuvrability meaning that it’s perfect for the flatter days on the water as well as the bigger days in the surf. Its hull is a sharp V shape at the front and rear which tapers off towards the centre for added stability without losing the acceleration and tracking. The smooth rocker and rounded chines allow for agility and quick turns in the surf.

As standard it comes with the TruTrak skeg system but is also rudder compatible. 2 large hatches mean that in the Expression can be used for a day out or an overnight stay with ample space for all your equipment.
As standard it comes with the EXP backband which is the lower more traditional kind of backrest which doesn’t impede with use of any spraydeck. This is the more usual type to have in a sea kayak and offers increased connectivity with the kayak.
